It is built on a private plot of 228 M2 (including the bungalow and the garden) with an additional private beach of 180 m2.

It includes a private parking space, an air-conditioned master bedroom with a queen size double bed (160 x 190), a living room equipped with a convertible sofa; corner (a real queen size double bed + 1 extra bed suitable for a child), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom including shower, sink and toilet, a furnished terrace.
